Brighter Directions are looking for a confident, outgoing individual to join the hardworking sales team in our Chesterfield office as a Sales Executive.
We are a leading service provider in the UK with accreditations from the world’s top associations for our industry for delivering customer excellence in sales and strategic marketing solutions.
The role involves contacting local businesses via telephone to establish if our services could benefit them and if applicable selling a solution from our range of services or arranging appointments for either yourself or one of the senior sales team to deliver a presentation at their premises.
You will receive full on-going training and support within a friendly team, as well as the opportunity to attend national and local events and networking to further your knowledge and skills.
We are looking for someone who is punctual, honest and reliable with experience in customer interaction, good communication and presentation skills.
Someone with a go get attitude that thrives on targets and loves to meet new people and learn new sales skills would be ideal for this position.
The role is commission only for the initial period of 3 months, during which time there will be associated target bonuses available on top of your commission – after the initial assessment period; we will assess the opportunity for the successful applicant to become permanent.
