Brighter Directions believe that sales and marketing go hand in hand, of course they work to very different strategies and drivers, but ultimately have the same goal – after a corporate career working in alignment we know all too well that without marketing activity, sales fall down, and without sales, we don’t have revenue – so, it makes sense, that as a marketing agency, we also have professional sales resource should our clients need it.
Our commercially experienced sales team are available on a campaign basis for either remote on-site sales support (for exhibitions, events etc.) as well as remotely via qualified telemarketing solutions, from cold-calling to customer relationship management.
Unlike larger telesales and telemarketing agencies who operate from call-centre environments, our team work from a small, professional office (with working background noise, not a busy call-centre) and are managed by a dedicated Account Manager, who will take the time first to get to know you, your company, the proposition and style of sales relationships so that they can accurately represent your organisation during the campaign.
For on-site support, our sales executives are highly experienced at direct, face-to-face sales roles – the exhibition and event support is particularly useful for SME clients, who hold events, seminars or exhibitions and need temporary reliable staff that they know can deliver a customer focused and professional service to prospective clients passing by.
Event support incudes research and training prior to the event, support throughout the event as well as a reliable and professional handover after the event to ensure consistency and actionable information for your team/ company.
