In today’s business culture, training has become as necessary as investing in your products.  A poorly trained member of staff can cost the company a fortune in lost sales, but a well trained person can create your business much more, including increased sales, better performance, customer retention and a better working atmosphere.

Our approach to training is unique and successful, and has been developed through years of training experiences working with businesses in a wide range of industries on and off site.

Training is available in two individual formats and both can be run alongside to maximise the opportunities either onsite or offsite to suit your requirements.

All our training formats include diagnostic assessments, fully supported documentation, stationary items and product knowledge development as standard.

Funding

There is current funding available which may cover all or part of your training costs:

Funding is available for local companies to help develop management key business skills, and drive your business forward.

There is a criteria and eligibility to apply for the funding, which includes having between 5-249 employees.

As an approved supplier on the EMDA Brokerage Platform I can deliver training either offsite or onsite inline with your requirements and objectives
